This is a hands-on role with the majority of work performed in the field.&nbsp;Responsibilities:

<li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in apartment community maintenance</li>
<li>Perform field-based service tasks and respond to equipment-related needs</li>
<li>Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working with maintenance equipment in apartment or similar residential settings</li>
<li>Experience with deodorizer machines and compactors is a strong plus, but not required</li>
<li>Proficient in equipment operation and general mechanical troubleshooting</li>
<li>Valid CDL required</li>
<li>Must be drug-free</li>
