BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager, II in our Home Health Practice. The Client Services Manager, II is a multifaceted position. This role is both strategic and tactical in nature, requiring the ability to lead and influence at a high-level while working hands-on to support local efforts at various Bayada Home Health Care offices. The CSM, II will support the mission and success of BAYADA CSMs in but not limited to: leading field staff in providing excellent customer service and quality home health care with focus on delivery and coordination of client services, growth and development of caseloads, and on-going case management. This position is a professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in leadership within BAYADA.

- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
- Prioritize and assess the needs of the division with the Directors and Division Directors.
- Responsible for employee development and participate in the development of performance plans with directors.
- Provide education and training as needed for all operational roles.
- Communicate proactively with office staff regarding client and employee issues, operational processes, policy,
and practice wide changes. - Support fiscal management of caseloads, offices, and division.
- Support the development of recruiting plans and achieve goals across offices and division.
- Support marketing and building relationships with referral sources that align with office plans and goals.
- Support the CSM's of the division as needed to ensure adequate CSM coverage for the division.
Qualifications for a Divisional Client Services Manager:
- Bachelor degree is required
- Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Model and provide customer support to clients, employees, offices, and division.
- Support onboarding of new staff and develop existing staff in alignment with role-based capabilities and
success routines.
