Key Responsibilities:
- Apply critical thinking and scientific judgment in anticipating and planning safe patient care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate and oversee patient care priorities according to staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned healthcare personnel.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications:
- Active Missouri RN license or multi-state RN license.
- American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications (current and attached with application).
- Two to five years of relevant clinical experience in telemetry or LTAC nursing.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience working within EMR systems preferred.
