This role serves as a vital link between our clients, sales team, purchasing, vendors, and supply chain operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote through final delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $57,500–$72,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

\n

Client & Sales Operations

\n

  • Serve as the primary operational partner for clients and internal sales teams throughout the order lifecycle.
  • \n

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, timely updates, and problem resolution.
  • \n

  • Coordinate customer orders from initial purchase through final delivery while ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • \n

  • Support sales initiatives by providing operational expertise regarding product availability, lead times, pricing, and fulfillment expectations.
  • \n

Supply Chain, Procurement & Vendor Management

\n

  • Manage purchase orders from creation through fulfillment while ensuring pricing accuracy, product specifications, delivery schedules, and documentation are correct.
  • \n

  • Coordinate closely with vendors, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal departments to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
  • \n

  • Monitor inventory availability, supplier performance, production timelines, and shipment status to proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
  • \n

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers while supporting purchasing strategies that improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • \n

  • Assist with demand planning, purchasing decisions, inventory replenishment, and forecasting activities to support business needs.
  • \n

Operations Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and ERP/order management systems to analyze operational performance and customer activity.
  • \n

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to purchasing, inventory, supplier performance, order fulfillment, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • \n

  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations that improve forecasting accuracy, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance.
  • \n

  • Support budgeting, operational planning, and business growth initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • \n

Process Improvement & Systems Management

\n

  • Maintain accurate data across Salesforce and internal business systems to support operational excellence.
  • \n

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • \n

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance scalability, customer satisfaction, and supply chain performance.
  • \n

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing, logistics, customer operations, and sales support.
  • \n

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, logistics, sales operations, client operations, inventory management, or related operational roles.
  • \n

  • Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, purchasing activities, or supply chain operations.
  • \n

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, data validation, and data analysis.
  • \n

  • Experience using Salesforce, ERP systems, inventory management software, or order management platforms.
  • \n

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • \n

  • Exceptional organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • \n

  • Professional communication skills with experience supporting clients, vendors, suppliers, sales teams, or executive stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service.
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with procurement, purchasing, inventory planning, logistics coordination, or vendor management.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or inventory optimization.

  • Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, luxury products, design-focused businesses, or showroom environments.
  • \n

  • Experience creating operational dashboards, KPIs, and business performance reports.
  • \n

  • Continuous improvement experience involving operational workflows or supply chain processes.
  • \n
