Job Summary
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, your main responsibility will be helping customers—answering questions, processing orders, and making sure they have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day work will focus on supporting customers and keeping things running smoothly. Typical responsibilities include:
- Answer phone calls and emails, provide product information, and help customers track their orders.
- Process orders, assist with returns and exchanges, and make sure customers receive the right products on time.
- Research and resolve issues such as billing questions, account inquiries or disputes
- Work closely with outside sales team and technical support to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking on the phone and writing professional emails.
- Attention to detail—you can stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
- A problem-solving mindset—you like helping people and finding solutions.
- Basic computer skills—experience with email, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- A team-first attitude—you enjoy working with others toward shared goals.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience
