Job DescriptionPosition Description: Delta College is seeking a highly student-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team as a part-time Practical Nurse Classroom Instructor at our Covington Campus. This is an evening shift position. The PN Clinical Instructor will be responsible for teaching theory to our LPN students.
This role requires 8-12 hours of work per week, evening-shift position.Experience in Nursing Instruction is preferred, but not required as the college trains all faculty. This is a terrific opportunity to share your knowledge and experience of the nursing profession! Requirements:
A current and valid Louisiana state RN license is required.
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
At least one year as a medical-surgical hospital staff nurse.
Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
Evening Shift Hours:5:30 PM to 10:00 PM Holidays off.
