Location: Houston, TX | Remote or In-Office (Texas Residents Only)
Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Contract
Earning Potential: $100,000 – $500,000/year (Up to 175 BPS Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Educate clients on the best mortgage solutions

Guide borrowers through the application and approval process

Communicate with underwriters, processors, and clients

Stay informed on guidelines, program changes, and industry updates
What We’re Looking For:

Active Texas MLO license or currently working toward licensure
-
Experience in residential mortgage lending (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and processing

Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
