How You'll Contribute

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and Treat: Assess patient conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and guide them on their journey to recovery.
• Educate: Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs that build on patient progress.
• Communicate: Share patient progress and challenges with supervisors and team members, ensuring seamless care.
• Document: Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain Safety: Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe for optimal patient care.
• Adhere to Standards: Follow the Company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws in all responsibilities.
• Be Flexible: Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and patient care.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
