- Client Training and Onboarding: Utilize your tech-savvy skills to train and onboard clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our systems and products.
- Client Success: Guide clients through trial periods, addressing their questions and concerns to secure long-term partnerships.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshooting: Effectively identify and resolve technical issues that may arise for clients.

What You'll Need:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the multifamily property management industry is preferred.
