I am seeking an experienced Superintendent with active experience in adaptive reuse in the City of Chicago. This role requires a proven track record of managing complex construction projects and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for adaptive reuse projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and City of Chicago regulations.
- Manage scheduling, inspections, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong background in adaptive reuse projects and City of Chicago building codes.
- Experience managing projects in the $5M-$25M range.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Elevator installation
- Stair towers
- Heavy timber loft conversions
- Residential components
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
