Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Tele | Weekend Option
Location: Our facility - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128
Schedule: Weekend Option (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) | Full-Time | 36 hours/week
Weekend Option Differential: Earn an additional $20/hour for all hours worked from Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM.
Sign-On Bonus:

Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000

New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000
Overview:
This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care. The nurse will maintain professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients, assess the overall effectiveness of care from other caregivers, and coordinate patient care with various departments. Upholding patient rights and confidentiality is essential, and all duties must align with our mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following:

Associate Degree in Nursing

Nursing Diploma

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact licensure is required, in accordance with state nursing board regulations.
Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred and may be necessary depending on the unit.
Certifications:

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications

Education: BSN is preferred

Licensure: Additional state licensure or specialty certifications are preferred

Experience: Prior experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment
Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift

Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to perform nursing tasks
