A well-established, family-owned manufacturer (~500 employees, ~$100M annual revenue) is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a team of CSRs!
📍 Schaumburg, IL
🏢 On-site Monday-Friday
💰 Base Salary: Up to ~$100K
🕗 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (fully onsite)
👥 Team Size: Managing 8–10 customer service reps

🔹 Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service team
🔹 Driving customer satisfaction, order management, and issue resolution
🔹 Partnering closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Operations
🔹 Improving processes, systems, and overall customer experience
🔹 Supporting major customers and distributors while helping solve complex business challenges
