Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.

• Prepare and review financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all financial activities.
• Handle payment processing and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting procedures.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to support business operations.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes for efficiency.• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Expertise in performing accurate bank reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
