Location: South Metro, MN
Wage: Competitive base salary plus commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue by building new client partnerships and expanding business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing, food production, staffing, and related sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed goals
- Stay informed on industry trends to offer innovative solutions
- Create customized staffing solutions to meet clients' unique needs
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure excellent client service
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and local travel ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to address client needs outside regular business hours when needed
