Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities within industrial, school, government, and other large institutional markets in the Fargo, ND area.
  • Qualify leads and develop tailored sales strategies to effectively close deals.
  • Maintain and grow business relationships with selected clients through consistent engagement and value delivery.
  • Attend on-site client meetings and presentations to demonstrate product benefits and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years (Intermediate) to 5+ years (Senior) of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial or institutional markets.
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate to fluent level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close sales independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Fargo area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to government, educational, or large institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of sales CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Background in technical or industrial sales.
