TurnKey Marketing is looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist (Search Engine Marketing / Pay-Per Click) with hands-on experience using Fluency, the leading digital advertising operating system, to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. Overview
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for executing the day-to-day functions that support the digital marketing programs of a large nationwide group of automotive and non-automotive clients. You have an exacting eye for detail and a preference for companies where hard work is rewarded and the opportunity for growth is high.
Responsibilities

Manage client budgets across Google/Bing in every aspect - CPC, CPL, specific budget allocations.

Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns

Utilize knowledge and experience of Fluency (the digital advertising operating system) to provide strategic support to the Paid Media team.

Learn SEM strategy and campaign structure to execute intelligently.

Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google My Business, among others if necessary, for campaign management.

Provide reports and support to sales, team members, and clients when applicable.

Attend meetings to learn, stay informed, and inform on applicable accounts.

Complete Projects and tasks assigned by the department head.

Stay informed of software changes, compliance, and ad guideline changes.

Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for a wide variety of projects and pitches.

Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience

2 Years+ hands-on experience with Fluency

2 Years+ Agency Experience

2 Years+ Search Experience
-
Expert Understanding of GA4, GTM, and GA4 Conversion Tracking Setup.

Client facing experience
-
Organization skills are PARAMOUNT!

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly detail oriented and creative

Positive and professional demeanor, flexible, can-do attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Suite of tools

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge a must
