Hotels Unlimited Inc., a family-owned hospitality and property management company, is recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant for their corporate office located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike (East Windsor).
Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining records according to policy
- Remote check processing and other banking functions
- Processing various mailings
- Ordering and maintaining office supply inventory
- Perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
Requirements include:
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be punctual, responsible, dependable and reliable
- Ability to effortlessly switch gears at a moment’s notice and wear many hats
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist co-workers when required
Compensation and Benefits include:
- This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Qualified candidates with relative education or experience will be considered for higher rates of pay.
