Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion for working with children and supporting their unique needs
- Ability to create and implement individualized therapy goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to elementary students, supporting their mobility, motor skills, and physical functioning within the school environment
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with educational plans and IEP objectives
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support and continuity of care
- Offer guidance on adaptations or equipment to maximize student participation
- Maintain organized records and participate in interdisciplinary meetings as needed
