Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master's, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
- Valid Nebraska Special Services Certificate or the ability to obtain one
- Nebraska School Psychology Endorsement or eligibility through reciprocity
- Familiarity with IDEA, special education eligibility, and IEP processes
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and generating clear reports
- Excellent collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and district stakeholders
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments to inform instruction and interventions
- Determine special education eligibility and make evidence-based recommendations
- Participate as an active member of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
- Support the IEP process by interpreting assessment data and suggesting strategies
- Assist with the design and implementation of behavioral intervention plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, parents, and outside agencies to address student needs
- Contribute to crisis management and prevention programs
- Offer individual consultation and training to students, families, and staff
- Adhere to state and federal special education regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development and additional duties as needed
