Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An occupational therapist opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting in Colorado Springs, CO, for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position runs from August 8, 2025, through May 15, 2026. The role primarily supports one student transferring into the school, with service delivery comprising mostly indirect minutesapproximately 15 minutes per week. The student's grade level is yet to be determined but is expected to be in middle or high school.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services in alignment with student IEP goals
• Conduct indirect therapy sessions and collaborate with educators and staff
• Assess and monitor student progress and make appropriate recommendations
• Maintain compliance with school district policies and state regulations

Desired qualifications:

• Valid state license in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working within school environments, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong communication skills for liaising with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to deliver both onsite services and consider virtual coaching (voco) when appropriate
