School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Silver Spring, MD

We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a welcoming school district in Silver Spring, MD. This opportunity allows you to work in a collaborative school-based environment where you can make a direct impact on students’ academic and developmental success.

You’ll support students with fine motor development, sensory regulation, and functional classroom skills while partnering closely with educators and families.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Maryland OT license

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services

Develop and manage IEP goals

Maintain compliance and accurate documentation

Collaborate with staff and families to support student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.60 to $65.60. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
