Compensation & Benefits
We offer a package that reflects the expertise you bring:
Compensation
- Target Annual Earnings (Base + Profit Share/Bonuses)= $110,000 – $135,000
- 401(k) with employer contribution
- Health, Dental & Vision
Time Off
- Up to 4 weeks PTO (including CE days)
Qualifications
You're a PT who wants to lead with integrity, create an amazing patient experience, and help your team grow.
Requirements:
- DPT or MSPT from an accredited program
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in your state
- 2–3 years outpatient ortho experience
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Passionate about evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
