Finance Accounting Business Analyst
Start: ASAP
Location: Irving, TX – candidates MUST be local for consideration
Project Type: 6 months Contract-to-Direct hire
Travel: 50-60% travel and when not traveling, work from home on Monday and Friday
Pay: 34.00 - 41.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for the Finance team to work with COMPANY teammates and other
partners to align, optimize, and deliver a fully functional ERP/MES solution to COMPANY Mills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitating discussions between divisions and partners to develop aligned business processes.
Performing gap analysis and documenting comprehensive business requirements, such as process flows,
business rules, interface design, data analysis and data mapping in collaboration with subject matter experts
and IT stakeholders.
Solution design: define design options, analyze potential value, recommend solutions, specify and model
requirements, etc.
Testing: create test scenarios/scripts (for functional, negative and regression testing) and execute testing in
various environments
Training: create related documentation and training for both internal and external customers/users.
Minimum Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role (public or corporate accounting experience preferred)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, or CMA
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Oracle EBS and/or PSI

Pay Details: 34.00 to 41.00 per hour
