Mail Order Clerk – Warehouse Operations
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Position Overview:
A growing healthcare logistics team is seeking multiple Mail Order Clerks to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and ship incoming materials, supplies, and products
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Open and process incoming mail
- Maintain inventory records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand in a stationary position for extended periods (10+ hours)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred:
- Previous experience in packing and shipping within a mail-order or warehouse facility
