Mail Order Clerk – Warehouse Operations

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Start Date: July 7, 2025

Position Overview:

A growing healthcare logistics team is seeking multiple Mail Order Clerks to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and ship incoming materials, supplies, and products
  • Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
  • Open and process incoming mail
  • Maintain inventory records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand in a stationary position for extended periods (10+ hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in packing and shipping within a mail-order or warehouse facility
