We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager (CSM) who is ready to own the client experience from first contact to follow-up.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Manager is the first and last voice our clients hear. Your role is to respond to calls, texts, quote requests, and follow-ups with speed, clarity, and care. You’ll manage client communications, coordinate with field techs, and uphold our commitment to no dropped balls and high integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication

Respond to calls, texts, and quote requests by end of day

Follow up quotes within 5 minutes via phone

Provide pre- and post-visit calls for every scheduled job
Quote & Scheduling

Send quotes within 4 business hours

Ensure 80%+ quote approval rate

Schedule techs without double-booking
Team Coordination

Keep CRM updated and organized

Communicate delays or issues to management

Collaborate with field techs and leadership

Compensation
This is a performance-based position, where your pay directly reflects your output and results. Commission bonuses are available based on client satisfaction, sales success, and consistent execution.
