Korzen Health is partnering with a well-established pediatric practice serving the Greater Tampa Bay area with three convenient locations in Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, and Trinity. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our Trinity office, a thriving community just north of Tampa.
Our team consists of six experienced Physicians, four Nurse Practitioners, and a Clinical Social Worker, all dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and young adults. We offer comprehensive pediatric services, including immunizations, ADD/ADHD management, asthma treatment, weight management, and on-site laboratory services.
Position Overview:
The Pediatrician will provide outpatient care in our Trinity office, with one day per week dedicated to inpatient rounding at a local community hospital (approximately one week every four weeks). The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient pediatric care, including well-child visits, sick visits, and chronic disease management
- Manage inpatient rounding responsibilities (one day per week, rotating schedule)
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions, including asthma, ADHD, and weight management
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
- Participate in practice meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Schedule & Patient Volume:
- Average daily patient load: 18 patients (with NP support)
- New patient visits: Approximately 5% of total visits

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics
- Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
