We are looking for a reliable Concrete Superintendent to lead a crew in the Omaha area. If you are an experienced Super who takes pride in their work, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
<ul>

Oversee all on-site concrete operations.
</li>
<li>
Manage and schedule crew and to meet project timelines.
</li>
<li>
Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards.
</li>
<li>
Monitor material deliveries and equipment maintenance to prevent project delays.
</li>
</ul>
Experience Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Minimum of 4 years of experience in concrete work, ideally as a Super.
</li>
<li>
Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job sites.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of concrete, finishing techniques, and blueprints.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license is necessary, company truck provided if driving record is clean.
</li>
</ul>
Pay is based on experience and will be determined upon interview.
