The Role

We are seeking driven, sales-minded professionals to join our team as an Event Registration & Confirmation Specialist. This position starts as in-office (40 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid schedule (20 hours in-office + 20 hours remote) once strong performance is demonstrated.

This is where your sales instincts meet customer success. You’ll build rapport with attendees, overcome hesitations, and guide them with confidence toward attending their paid live event. Think of it as consultative selling—removing obstacles, building excitement, and ensuring commitment.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of live event registrations in-office and ensure accurate data entry.
Personally connect with registrants—building trust, confirming attendance, and guiding them step-by-step to the event.
Build excitement and anticipation for the live event experience, positioning it as a can’t-miss opportunity.
Use sales-oriented communication to overcome objections and keep attendees committed.
Collaborate with the confirmations team to minimize event slippage (no-shows or reschedules).
Log all communication in CRM systems to track progress and performance.

What We’re Looking For

A natural sales professional who thrives on relationship-building.
Excellent communicator—confident, persuasive, and motivating on calls, text, and email.
Goal-oriented with a competitive edge—you love hitting targets.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.
Tech-comfortable (CRM tools, phone systems, email platforms—training provided).
Prior experience in either phone sales, customer loyalty (retention), or customer service is a plus.

Contract Details

Initial schedule: 40 hrs/week in-office.
Hybrid option (20 hrs in-office + 20 hrs remote) available after meeting performance benchmarks.
Contracted employment with potential for renewal based on results.
