This highly visible role serves as an ambassador for our practices, building relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations while coordinating impactful events that enhance awareness of our services. What You'll Do
Build Provider Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, office managers, referral coordinators, and healthcare organizations
- Conduct regular in-person outreach visits throughout Northwest Arkansas
- Educate referral partners on services, treatment options, and patient qualification criteria
- Identify barriers to referral growth and develop solutions
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitive trends and opportunities
- Maintain accurate outreach activity and relationship records
Drive Strategic Growth
- Expand referral networks across primary care, cardiology, podiatry, wound care, OB/GYN, urology, and other key specialties
- Support new service launches and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business development strategies
- Represent the organization at healthcare and community events
- Partner with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging
Lead Events & Community Engagement
Plan and execute events such as:
- Provider lunches and dinners
- Open houses
- Community education programs
- Health fairs and expos
- Appreciation events
- Strategic networking opportunities
You'll manage logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis to ensure meaningful results and return on investment.
What Makes You Successful
Experience
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Healthcare sales
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Medical device sales
- Practice development
- Physician relations
- Healthcare marketing
- Healthcare operations leadership
Preferred:
- Event planning or event management experience
- Existing professional network in Northwest Arkansas
- Experience working with physicians and healthcare providers
