Responsibilities
- Clear glasses, plates, silverware, and dining accessories from tables
- Reset tables to Clyde’s Restaurant Group standards
- Assist servers with water service, refills, and guest requests
- Restock service stations, beverage stations, and bars
- Carry and unload bus pans in kitchen and dish areas
- Fold napkins and prepare dining areas for service
- Clean spills, sweep dining areas, and remove trash throughout shifts
