Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Lead Warehouse Associate to assist the Fulfillment Manager with delegating and overseeing the daily work assignments for the four (4) Warehouse Associates.
Duties of the Lead Warehouse Associate include distributing the daily workflow sheets in the warehouse, delegating the daily assignments along with administrative tasks while working on the floor with the other four (4) Warehouse Associates.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years with Lead expereince in a warehouse environment. If you have previous experience in delegating tasks and follow-through of others, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Lead Warehouse Associate will free up time for the Fulfillment Manager to focus on his main duties as a manager.

Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
- Creates and updates warehouse and logistics procedural documentation.
- Picks, packs, and ships orders to customers along with the other Warehouse Associate.
- Trains new Warehouse Associates.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of administrative assistant experience
- Two (2) years of warehouse experience
- High School diploma, or equivalent
Nice to have:
- One (1) + year of ERP and shipping related software
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook and Word, in particular)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
