As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating blow molding machines to manufacture bottles. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual with a strong aptitude for machine operation and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Operate blow molding machines and ensure they are functioning effectively.
- Conduct mechanical adjustments and tweaks to machines as needed.
- Place forms for bottles and execute the blowing process.
- Monitor machines and perform changeovers by adjusting machine settings.
- Conduct quality checks and document findings using Redzone software.
- Collaborate with experienced operators for 2-3 months of training to understand the blow molding process.
- Operate sit-down and electric machinery efficiently.
- Work overtime every other Saturday, with overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a Blow Mold Operator. (Not required if prior operating expereince includes machine setups and change overs)
- At least 1 year of experience in operating machinery.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mathematically inclined.
- Experience in forklift operation for at least 1 year.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
