Conveniently located on Hwy 60, just a few miles east of I-25 at the Johnsons' Corner exit, we are proud to be an infant and toddler center that feels like a home away from home.
What You’ll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you’ll play a key role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our little learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engaging, age-appropriate activities based on our curriculum.
- Building strong, caring relationships with children and their families.
- Supporting the developmental milestones of infants and toddlers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a warm, enthusiastic individual who is ready to lead with heart and dedication. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers.
- A love for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
