PrideStaff on behalf of a client on Weston is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who is well versed in developing campaign concepts, creating captivating email content and successfully maintain website content to ensure engagement and consistency across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan content calendars, promotional themes, and campaign concepts aligned with business goals
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and high-quality visual presentation across all email communications
- Develop email marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue
- Manage and update websites using content management systems with an understanding of usability, SEO, and maintaining accurate content
- Design and build email campaigns and eblasts using strong graphic design skills.
- Update, maintain, and optimize website content
Qualifications:
- Understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and user experience best practices
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Strong graphic design abilities with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to produce polished, on-brand creative assets
- Expertise with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), including list management, automation workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all visual and written content, from layouts to promotions and web updates
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
