Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Occasional Saturday Overtime
Pay: $15 to start, eligible for raise and benefits once hired on.
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, good mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
- The ability to be flexible with job duties.
- Operate and monitor machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Perform basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance as needed
- Inspect parts for quality and consistency
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Dependable with reliable transportation (On Bus Line)
