Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic school setting in Cambridge, MA. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 2026 and offers a structured schedule of 37.5 hours per week, across five days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies to support student communication development within the school environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP licensure/certification is required.
  • Experience working with school-age children across a K-12 setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to implement IEP goals and adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
