Job DescriptionPosition Title: RN Emergency Department/ Emergency Room Location: Spencer, IA 51301Shift: Nights 6:45p-7:15a; Holiday and weekends rotation (2 weekends in a 6 week block) Duration: Contract 13 weeks (Extension Possible) Compensation Details: Pay Rate: $67.15/ hour Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care</li>
<li>The nurse assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period</li>
<li>The nurse collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care</li>
<li>The nurse has knowledge of and utilizes appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>IA RN license</li>
<li>Previous ED or ICU critical care experience or at least one year of Med/Surg experience required</li>
<li>BLS, and ACLS are required in-house education available</li>
<li>Must have or acquire in the first year ACLS, TNCC, PALS, BLS, NCI and HAZMAT</li>
</ul>
Job Schedule:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>12 hour NIGHTS - 6:45p-7:15a</li>
<li>Holiday and weekends rotation (2 weekends in a 6 week block)</li>
<li>The schedule may fluctuate based upon needs of the department</li>
