Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, modifications, and cancellations as required.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls with poise.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
