Credit Service Company, Inc. is currently looking to bring on dependable and motivated Administrative Services Representatives to join our team in our Colorado Springs, CO. This position supports and upholds CSC’s purpose statements and values by performing various administrative tasks in a team environment. Duties include processing incoming and outgoing office mail, posting payments, addressing credit bureau disputes, scanning incoming correspondence into consumer accounts, overseeing the front desk on a rotating schedule, performing data entry of new business, and other duties as assigned.

What does an Admin Services Representative do?

  • Perform Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities including answering incoming telephone calls, processing incoming faxes, and handling general voice mail messages.
  • Receive, open, sort, and disperse incoming office mail to various departments.
  • Weigh and stamp outgoing mail using a mail processing machine.
  • Perform data entry to accurately post a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related transactions to accounts (cash, checks, credit cards, money orders, bank wires).
  • Sort and verify items collected against data reports.
  • Process new business including logging, data entry, proofing, correcting, approving, acknowledging, scanning, and updating client information.
  • Process garnishments approved by clients to employers.
  • Process incoming consumer employment information resulting from garnishment service to employers.
  • Assists Accounting Department in the investigation of any out-of-balance problems.

What are we looking for?

Prior office experience is a plus. You must be tech savvy and able to navigate computers comfortably with multiple software applications. We will train you as well as provide continuing education to ensure that you have the knowledge that you need to understand be successful in the job.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills with accurate and efficient 10-Key and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner.
  • Excellent work history and attendance record.
  • Must be able to focus on responsibilities in the presence of other distractions.
  • Successful completion background verification.
  • Critical Thinking/Problem Solving
