We’re seeking two paraprofessionals for a full-time, contract assignment running from August 4th, 2026 through May 21st, 2027. Assignments are at the middle school level, with exact caseload details to be provided soon. You'll work alongside a passionate team of educators, making a genuine difference in students' daily experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- Reliable completion of onsite district fingerprinting protocols before starting
- GaPSC Paraprofessional Certification required (candidates without may interview but must obtain certification prior to assignment)
- Previous paraprofessional or educational support experience is valued—certified or experienced candidates will be considered first
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support teachers and staff in classroom and one-on-one settings
- Assist students with learning activities, assignments, and classroom routines
- Adapt to various educational roles as needed, guided by school leadership
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold student safety and well-being at all times
