As an LPN at our Menaul location, you will:

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Formal Practical Nursing Education approved by the NM Board of Nursing.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in NM.
- BLS certification (required).
- PDS IV Certification course (to be completed during orientation).
- Basic Cardiac Arrhythmias (BCA) certification for telemetry areas (prior to ACLS).
- ACLS certification (to be obtained within 6 months of hire, if required).
Your Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:
- Contribute to the assessment of health status for individuals and families.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed, and assist nurses and physicians with procedures.
- Document patient needs, actions taken, and responses accurately.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Create a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Incorporate Exceptional Patient Experience principles into all care interactions.
