What You’ll Be Doing

<li>Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase safety, quality, and production speed</li>
<li>Partner with production teams to solve problems on the shop floor and implement long-term fixes</li>
<li>Design and update workflows, tooling, and instructions to support consistent and efficient operations</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience improving manufacturing processes in a production environment</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of lean principles, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods</li>
