Job DescriptionProduction OperatorJob Summary
We are seeking motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production, packaging, and distribution of materials in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Bag and palletize products according to customer and production requirements.
- Vacuum materials into industrial bags and containers.
- Sort, stage, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with palletizing, staging, packaging, and material handling.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Work Environment
Required PPE is provided; however, employees must provide their own steel-toe boots. Production Operators work in small teams on a rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.09 - $20.09/hr.
