Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior

• Promote comofrt, safety, and dignity

• Build trustung relationships with residents and their families

• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team mebers

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license New Jersey

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and observational skills
