Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health / Nursing Agency
Location: Joelton and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem

Fulfillment Tender Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in home and community-based settings. This role is ideal for an LPN who values patient-centered care and enjoys working independently while being supported by a clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN
- Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Document care clearly and timely per agency and regulatory requirements
- Educate patients and families on care needs and treatment plans
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Home health experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient locations
