Your Role in Our Mission As a BCBA at ZODU ABA Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping children and families thrive by:
• Providing services in clinic-based, home-based, and school-based settings.
• Crafting and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing impactful Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians to ensure excellence in care delivery.
• Monitoring progress through data-driven methods and making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive, client-centered care experiences.
