Job DescriptionSalary: $40 - 45 Hour

We are a behavioral healthcare clinic agency and are currently searching for severalTexas State Associated Licensed Cliniciansto join our team! The licensed clinician will be independently contracted to perform level-of-care assessments remotely in Texas. Ideal candidates will have proficient clinical evaluation skills with at least two years of experience evaluating patients. We are a tech-forward company, so candidates need to be comfortable with the current technology used in conducting telehealth assessments. Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients to the agency.
  • Conduct thorough intake/risk/triage behavioral health assessments to identify patients' appropriate level of care.
  • Complete treatment plans and CANS assessment as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field, applying this knowledge to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, assessments, recommended treatment and safety plans.
  • Adhere to DSM-5 and other relevant diagnostic criteria.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field.
    - Current active Texas state licensure as a LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW
    - Experience working in an behavioral health setting preferred.
  • - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
    - Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention.
    - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    - Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Electronic Medical Records, Google Workspace, etc.)


Job Type: Contract

Pay: Per Assessment

Expected hours: 7 - 15 hours per week
