Job Description

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ellenwood Georgia 30294. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our funeral home or cemetery location, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am-3:30 pm

Duration: 4-month contract (potential renewal)

Pay: $11/hr. on W2

Responsibilities:

Sort and organize physical and/or electronic files according to established procedures.
Maintain and update filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Assist with data entry and document management tasks.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the funeral service industry is preferred but not required.
