Customer Service Representative – Builder/Wholesale Division
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls from customers with existing accounts
· Take appliance orders over the phone and accurately enter them into the internal point-of-sale system
· Manage orders from placement through scheduled delivery completion
· Confirm deliveries with customers the night before delivery, reviewing address, delivery instructions, and product details
· Provide professional customer service to builders, contractors, landlords, and management companies
· Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer and order records
· Communicate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
· Handle heavy phone volume while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Customer service experience required
· Data entry experience required
· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient with basic computer systems and internal databases
· Team player with a professional and customer-focused approach
