Jenny Bour with Robert Half is working with an established organization that is looking for a detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership and various departments within the organization. This in-office Executive Administrative Assistant role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The ideal Executive Assistant candidate will excel in administrative tasks, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining a thorough and proactive approach.


Responsibilities will include...

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including the President and other executives.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and conference room bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, budgets, and meeting minutes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to support business objectives.
  • Handle correspondence, mail, and shipping logistics efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment inventories, and departmental records, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, supply orders, and departmental requests to meet organizational needs.
  • Analyze operational data and generate insightful reports to aid decision-making.
  • Oversee databases, corporate rosters, and archived records to ensure accurate record-keeping.


  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with expense tracking, invoice processing, and executive presentations.
